                  There is two mode system to operate the flashlight
                  Mode 1: Tighten the head,half press the tailcap.hold for momentary activation or click down for constant on in the setting.
                  Mode 2: Loosen the head for 1/4,half press the tailcap, the brightness levels will cycle up then repeat low-medium-high-strobe-SOS, click down for constant on in the setting.
                  Under strobe mode. The flash frequency is 2 seconds once.
                  Under Mode 1, there is no memory function,every time when stay on it would be in high mode (default mode).
                  Under Mode 2, there is memory function after 5 seconds later you turn it on again.
