                  Introduction:
                   
                  This product is a small power induction heating machine with AC110V-220V power supply. 
                  It can be used for heating and quenching of small iron metal materials. The maximum temperature of matching 70mL graphite crucible can reach 1600 degrees Celsius.
                  Easy to melt iron, copper, gold, silver and aluminum.
                   
                  Product features and functions:
                   
                  1. It adopts integrated metal shell design, which is convenient to use and carry, and has good heat dissipation;
                  2. Integrated power supply to avoid complicated wiring;
                  3. The heating ring is wrapped with high temperature insulation material to prevent short circuit during heating, and the heating ring can be removed and replaced to customize a specific heating ring;

                  Precautions:
                   
                  1. The boot sequence should follow the first turn on the main power switch. After waiting for a few seconds, you can see that the fan and the pump are working normally. When the voltage is displayed at 48V, you can turn on the inductive heating switch on the back. Do not operate incorrectly, otherwise it will be directly burn out the motherboard and no protection. Turn off the heating switch and then turn off the power switch when shutting down. If the shutdown is not used for a period of time, the total power supply should be turned off after the heating switch is turned off for one minute, so that the cooling system will cool the system and increase the service life;
                  2. During working, it must be water-cooled and fan-cooled at the same time. If any one of them does not work, immediately disconnect the power supply and contact the manufacturer for a solution;
                  3. If there is conditional water cooling, you can use cold water to enter the hot water directly to avoid the circulation, so the heat dissipation effect is better;
                  4. If a crucible needs to be used for a long time, more crucible should be prepared. If the graphite is heated at high temperature, it will react with oxygen to generate carbon dioxide and gradually consume the crucible.
                  5. Always pay attention to the changes of various parameters of the display, especially the voltage and current and the temperature of the motherboard. Whenever an abnormality is found, the power must be disconnected immediately.
                  6. When using at high power, it is normal for the operating noise of the heat dissipation system to be relatively large.
